Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

The short version

  • One account per person or business; keep your keys to yourself.
  • Use the data in your own apps and sites; do not resell or republish it.
  • Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Facts, not betting advice. Thai law, courts of Bangkok.

This website is operated by DeveloperData.net ("Developer Data", "we"), Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand. These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. They cover Table Tennis API: this website, the API at api.tabletennisapi.com and the MCP server.

1Your account

One account is for one person or one business, with true details. You sign in with your Google account and keep it, and your API keys and MCP address, to yourself. You are responsible for everything done with them.

2Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are paid through Stripe and renew each month or year until you cancel.
  • A price change is announced before it applies, and only from your next period.
  • Card charges appear as DEVELOPERDATA.NET. Billing questions: developerdata.net/support.
  • When we refund, and how to ask, is on refunds.

3Fair use

Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls a day and its calls a minute, as shown on pricing. Getting around them is not allowed, including:

  • several free accounts or keys for one person or business;
  • sharing a key with someone else;
  • making and rotating keys to reset a limit;
  • automating this website to get data the API offers.

We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.

4The data: use it, do not replicate it

  • You can use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show it to your own users.
  • You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own.
  • You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.

If you need more than this, such as a licence to redistribute the data, ask us.

5Acceptable use

Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data or keys. No scraping pages that the API already offers.

6Accuracy

We gather the data with care and check it, but it is given as it is, without a warranty that it is complete, current or free of mistakes. Table tennis results and scores are factual data, not financial or betting advice.

7Availability

We aim to keep the API, live scores and this website running, and show their state on status. We do not promise an uptime figure.

8Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.

9Suspension and closing

  • We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms. A serious breach can be acted on without notice.
  • An account closed for a breach is not refunded.
  • You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. What happens then is on privacy, under deleting an account.

10Changes to these terms

A new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.

11Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go through support.
